As Many Rounds As Possible in 3 minutes of

3 Deadlifts 185#/155#  : L1 - 155#/125# : B - 115#/75#

6 Box Jumps 24"/20"

9 GHD Sit-ups (scale to AbMat)

rest 90 seconds then repeat for a total of 4 cycles

start the next cycle where you left off on the previous one. 

score is total rounds completed for all 4 cycles. 

AFTER LAST CYCLE rest 90 seconds then:

As Many KB Swings As Possible in 2 minutes  53#/35#

***for Level 1 and Beginners we will scale up and down as needed***
