ok, there was no post yesterday but if you were made it to the box you know what you did.

TODAY:

WOD: STRENGTH: 

Hang Power Snatch : 3 sets to find 3RM, then: 90% of 3RM x 4 x 2

Power Clean : 3 sets to find 5RM, then: 70% of 5RM x 4 x 2

 

MetCon: 

5 Minute AMRAP

Power cleans @ 60% of 1RM -- as many reps as possible in 5 minutes
