MONDAY IS JOEY's DAY

so Sunday was Joey's birthday and we like to celebrate birthday's in style at CrossFit Lynchburg so come out to the box and share in Joey's birthday WOD.

2x3 @ 80%

1x3+ @ 90%

25 Goblet Squats

25 Pull-ups

25 Hollow Rocks

200m Run -- to the far side of the Oxide Pottery building and back 

 

Weights for goblet squats -- 70/53/35/25/15
