hey, so we're making a few changes to how the box is going to be run and done.
run and done? yeah, it rhymed so i went with it.
First things first.
PROGRAMMING: Adam is taking over the majority of the programming for awhile. we've got some good things planned for you guys and it will be a nice change of pace. constantly varied right? good. be prepared to get strong. not that you haven't been prepared for that already, just be more prepared.
second. CLASSES: we are bringing back the 10am class. a lot of you wanted it back so it is back starting TUESDAY MAY 3rd.
third. EQUIPMENT: we are able to get some more much needed stuff so be on the lookout for more equipment and mats to better train you. i know, outstanding right?
fourth. ON TIME: you've got to get there on time. if not there will be a burpee penalty. seriously.
this goes for late trainers as well.
fifth. IDEAS: there is a bulletin board up in the box. if you've got ideas or suggestions or want to post something put it on the bulletin board. do it.
sixth. CLAM BAKE: this is happening in the summer. be on the lookout on the bulletin board for when this is going to go down.
seventh. day adventist. what? sorry. ON RAMP CLASSES AND INFORMATION SESSIONS: these are coming, again, check the website and the bulletin board for more information on these.
eighth. BOOTCAMP: for anyone who is on here and not a member and is interested in doing a CrossFit Bootcamp, we are going to be starting these up this summer. The idea is to have the first one begin in JUNE and will consist of 3x's a week in the early AM. all the details are not yet worked/ironed out yet so please wait to call or email about these until I post something on here about them again. but get excited because they're happening.
ninth. MORE SKILLS: we're adding more skills to the mix so we can all become better at everything.
tenth: MOBILITY AND SPECIAL CLASSES: there will be much much more mobility involved and we are planning on adding some special classes and sessions to the weeks. more than likely these will be SATURDAY things. but they will happen and you can be sure that you're going to be doing a lot more mobility as we've kind of fallen off this recently. hey, it's important to be able to move correctly.
finally. saturdays are looking a little sparse. what the hell is going on? get into the box and train with us. also, if you've got any thoughts or concerns let us know. we will ignore all of them.
