Warm-up:

200m row -- easy

Range of Motion Drills

Back Squat warm-up sets

 

WOD: STRENGTH:
Back Squat

3x5 -- add 10# to last week

 

MetCon:

3 minute AMRAP

10 OH Squats @ 95#/65#

10 KTE

rest 60 seconds

repeat for total of 4 cycles

 

Keep track of total rounds completed and start each cycle where you left off the last.

if you finished the first cycle with 3 rounds + 8 OH Squats you'll start cycle 2 on your 9th OH squat. make sense? good.
