OH squats 

sit-ups

push-ups

 

do some DL warm-up sets as well

 

WOD: 

4 rounds w/ 1 minute rest between rounds

max reps Deadlifts @ 225#/135#

max reps Pull-ups

ever want to loose a calus, or blister? well i was wishing they would fall off today cause dam they hurt

i think it sucked. maybe ryan wants us to loose these caluses

did some clean and jerk to finish as i ddint get enough reps on the pu and dl's

finished my cycle at 185x2 on clean and jerk. new pr. sweet

today was rough too.
