Friggidy Friday 7/30

Warm-up: 

400m run

2 rounds

10 pull-ups

10 push-ups

10 squats

10 sit-ups


SKILL:
med ball cleans

5-10 minutes of work

Head up, back set (arched), weight on heels, keep arms locked, get full extension, SHRUG, elbows high and wide, drop under ball, 'catch' with elbows high

NO CURLS OR TOSSING BALL!!

WOD: 

4 rounds for time

20 OH Walking Lunges w/ Med BAll

20 Med Ball Cleans


recover, then:

50 box jumps @ 24"/20"
