Burpee in, Burpee out
i'm not sure what's happening in this picture
warm-up:
400m run (not hard)
10 each:
pass thru's, shoulder circles, trunk rotations, over and backs, bow and bends, leg swings (f2b, s2s), iron cross, scorpions, push-ups
400m run
WOD: "burpee in, burpee out"
25 burpees THEN:
5 rounds
15 sit-ups
10 box jumps
THEN:
25 burpees
CoolDown:
2x each
hamstring stretch w/ strap -- 30/30
samson stretch -- 30/30
**the WOD looks like: 25 burpees then immediately 5 rounds of the sit-ups and box jumps then 25 more burpees to stop the clock. this is an attack on your hip flexors. generate power or you will be in trouble.**
no Rx'd height for the box--be smart but test yourself.

i was kinda beat after burpees
first 2 rds were fine then i got a cramp during 3rd and tightened up for rest. i usually love box jumps. just not after burpees.

10 Squat Snatch 95/65
15 Box Jumps 24/20
25 DU (or 75 singles)
10 Ring Dips
15 Wall Balls 20/14
then
25 Burpees ... fun fun
