Quote to think about: yes, this was/is on the main site today.

Man must be arched and buttressed from within, else the temple will crumble to dust."
- Marcus Aurelius Antoninius

we need strong bodies to harbor strong minds and souls. the complete being. something we've gone away from in the modern world.

Warm-up:

20 x each: jumping jacks, mountain climbers(double count), lunges, leg swings, pass thru's, sit-ups, good mornings (no weight - hands behind head)

WOD:

5 rounds for time

20 Double-Unders

10 KB Swings -- no Rx'd weight - go heavier than normal while maintaining good form (hint: you may have to slow down a little)

6:something on the WOD, someone else grabbed the 70# KB, so i took the 53# KB and put on a 20# vest...subbed single unders with a vest for the double unders.

Cool down was 50 deck squats...couldn't get my butt of the floor...lol...so I modified them and made it a weighted sit-up...did 50, then did 50 jumping squats...used a 20# med ball for both parts.

Worked on some pull-ups, too

did yesterdays with a rower.
wished id had someone who could row like a 50 sec 200. 26 seconds isnt enough rest. lol.

20 @ 115 squats was good

forgot push ups but did them at home later. 186
last 20 were singles. lol
