push pull squat (sort of)
Warm-up:
10 each: shoulder circles, elbow circles, wrist circles (both forwards and backwards), leg swings (front to back and side to side)
Burgener warm-up for snatch
2-3 warm-up sets for OH Squat
WOD:
OH Squat
3,3,3 -- increase load each set, last set should be just about your 3 rep max
THEN:
EMOM (each minute on minute)
5 pull-ups then finish the minute with As Many OH Squats as possible @ 95#/65#
do this until you reach 50 OH Squats
*looks like: clock starts and you do 5 pull-ups then finish out the minute with OH squats, at 1:00 do 5 more pull-ups and then finish the minute with OH squats, etc, etc.
