5 each arm 85# single arm power snatch's (with bar)

i was tired, no burpees plus i didnt see that b4 i went to gym

on the last set of 5+, I got 10 reps at 300#, and got in 100 burpees...got 90 in 20 minutes, and then did the last 10 just to get to 100 (my personal best ever was 40 burpees in one day) :D

Ur gettin hardcore steve. I gotta come get my ass kicked
