Classes are cancelled for tomorrow (Saturday, May 1st). It's my son's birthday so i will not be around.
You have some options for this weekend though. We did "300" today, so you can do that tomorrow or sunday and/or you can run 2-3 miles or take the weekend off to rest and recover for next week.

it's for time and it's a good test to see where we are in our training and it does a good job of combining a lot of the elements we've been hitting hard over the past month or so.
