Sorry for the late post.
Classes are cancelled for tomorrow (Saturday, May 1st). It's my son's birthday so i will not be around.
You have some options for this weekend though. We did "300" today, so you can do that tomorrow or sunday and/or you can run 2-3 miles or take the weekend off to rest and recover for next week.
If you didn't make it to the box today give it a go.

it's for time and it's a good test to see where we are in our training and it does a good job of combining a lot of the elements we've been hitting hard over the past month or so.

Mark, good job!!! It is much harder without anyone pushing you...everything about this sucked...especially catching my foot on the box jumps, and landing on my chest and forearms on the box...lol

DB snatch/KB swings/Front Sqt/Burpees/Lunges/Wall Balls
WOD:
20 reps of each followed by a 200m run, carrying whatever you just lifted
Burpees with 15# vest (ie run with vest)
10# DB snatch (ie run with DB)
15# wall ball
35# KB swings
35# Front Squat
Lunges (both legs = 1) -run with 15#sled
