Good one. Got a 17 min something. The pull-ups, and running back and forth from the bar and the sit-up bench slowed me down a bit. Pleasantly harder than it looks. I might have to find me an Ab-mat of my own soon.
Nice long run at a steady pace to follow later on today.

it's saturday and im all dug out fromstorm. i decided (was instructed by Ryan) to do thursday's gem of a WOD. I cotemplated eating some food prior to going to gym. decided against it as i figured the pancakes, pulled pork, and wendy's i ate yesterday would fuel my just fine. Poor decision
4 clean n jerk's (squat cleans iassume)
8 double unders
12 jumping pull ups
7 complete rds.
at around 3 i figured id be ok. not a chance.
at 5 in 12 minutes i was retarted. could only manage 1 cj and then walk around trying to muster energy. didnt have a rope so i help a 45 lb plate and did side to sided over bar. that was terrible. almost ate it a few times.
jumping pull ups were what i actually looked forward to. and the water break after each rd.
so, if ur sick, get better b trying these hard ones, and if you haven't eaten, your gonna die. have a great weekend. skiing in 4 feet of new snow tomorrow. woohoo
