***coach's note***
we are going for a 5 rep max, so you are going to add weight to each set on the deadlifts. THIS IS NOT STRAIGHT SETS ACROSS. don't use the same weight on each set.
the last set should be heavy enough that you can't get any more reps with that weight. make sense? good.
