2010 is upon us

alright, i'm back from the dead. welcome to 2010. get ready for a good year at CrossFit Lynchburg. 

today, the first is off, take it easy and recover from last night. watch some football, movies, enjoy time with your friends and family, have fun. 

tomorrow, SATURDAY JAN 2ND, IS A FREE SATURDAY AT CROSSFIT LYNCHBURG. 

COME BY AND CHECK US OUT AND GET STARTED EARLY WORKING OFF THE HOLIDAYS. 

we will have a new payment method available in a couple weeks. 

it is a 10 visit punch card. what that means is you purchase the card and get get 10 visits to CrossFit Lynchburg.
