for those of you that missed todays WOD, here it is.
WOD:
2 rounds
5 sumo deadlift high pulls 95#/65#
12 burpees
follow immediately with
2 rounds
20 dips (rings if you have them)
20 double unders
follow immediately with
500m row
15 KTE

This plain out sucked. I couldnt breath for rowing so ktes were horrific.6:23. If u go under 6 i will bow down to u. Though if i didnt have to run around my gym like a jackass maybe i could. So i will not bow down. Sorry.

1 @ 375, grip gave out when i shifted shoulders back to lock in,
375 drops big time and makles a big racket when it hits the ground, wish i had bumper plates.
i think this is where i maxed last time but i cant remember or find the wod on here when i did dl's.

ok so last time i did dl's i did 345. wow, i may not have shot for 375 if i knew that. glad i did though. awesomeness
