Squat Cleans 

5,5,5 @ 80-85% of Front Squat from 10/26 

Push Jerk

3,3,3 @ 90% of Jerk from 10/23

rest about 3-5 minutes as needed between sets.

1000m on rower, some pull ups and knees to elbows, got blood moving.

1 set of 5 Dl's, 5 hang clean's, 5 front squats all at 135#.

5,5,5 squat cleans at 165. First set was a lot of bad form. not sure why i was rushing. Next 2 sets were good.

3,3,3 push jerk @ 145. Felt good. Clean sets. First set killed wrist then i realized to but bar on palm not in it.
