REST. take it off. watch some football. eat some meat and vegetables. throw out the candy and other crap foods. get some rest for the upcoming week.
OK. I will be posting specific warm-ups from now on for workouts. the warm-ups are designed to A)WARM YOU UP
B)get you used to a workout specific movement and/or increase agility
C)strengthen an area of weakness.
had a big turnout for the FREE Saturday WOD today. that could be sarcasm or maybe it isn't.

For time:
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Jumping pull-ups
30 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (used 1.5 pood, all i have)
Walking Lunge, 30 steps
30 Knees to elbows
30 Push press, 45 pounds
30 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
30 Burpees
30 Double unders (did 60 singles)
